Shipping, exchange and return conditions
SPAIN & PORTUGAL
SHIPPING
FREE SHIPPING for purchase over 70€ (including Peninsula & Balearic Islands). For orders below that amount, shipping and delivery time listed on this chart:

* The client will pay for extras costs on local taxes or Custom.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday by the courier delivery company selected by MurSwimwear. The client must verify the order, also leave a record in the delivery note in case of any incident. The conformity of the client with the order implies the acceptance of the order and the transfer of ownership for the items purchased.

Size or Model Exchanges
We accept one exchange of size or model within 14 calendar days following receipt of the order.
Shipping costs to our warehouse will be borne by the customer.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Once the item is received at our warehouse and its condition has been verified, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded if they were covered by MUR.
- Shipping costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer.
The return must include:
- The original bag provided with the item
- Invoice, if requested
- Original packaging and seals
Promotional Items
- Discounted swimwear items do NOT accept returns, but may be exchanged within the established timeframe.
- In this case, shipping costs for the exchange will be borne by the customer and will have a fixed cost of €10.
- Ponchos, dresses, shoes, and accessories do accept returns within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided that:
- They are in perfect condition
- They have not been used
- Original tags are attached
- The corresponding packaging is included

Items must be sent properly protected to avoid damage during transport.
We will verify that:
- The hygiene sticker is intact
- The item has not been used or washed
- The item shows no stains
- Original tags and packaging are maintained
Once verified, we will proceed with sending the new item or issuing the corresponding refund.
If these conditions are not met, the exchange or return cannot be accepted.
EUROPEAN UNION
Exchanges and Returns – European Union
For hygiene reasons, swimwear items may only be exchanged or returned within 14 calendar days of receipt if they meet all of the following conditions:
- The hygiene sticker is intact
- The item has not been used or washed
- The item shows no stains
- The item is in perfect condition
- Original tags and packaging are intact
If these conditions are not met, the exchange or return cannot be accepted.

COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Orders placed outside the European Union do not accept exchanges or returns.
