Orders are processed from Monday to Friday by the courier delivery company selected by MurSwimwear. The client must verify the order, also leave a record in the delivery note in case of any incident. The conformity of the client with the order implies the acceptance of the order and the transfer of ownership for the items purchased.

SIZE OR MODEL EXCHANGE

We accept a change of size or model within 14 calendar days of receipt. All you have to do is send us the garment. Write to us at mur@murswimwear.com, and we will explain how to proceed. Once we have received the apparel in our warehouse, we will review it and send the new one. The customer will bear the shipping cost to our warehouse and back to the original address to make the change.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS accept an exchange but cannot be returned.
 
Items returned must be unused with the original packaging and sealed with the invoice if requested. Only garments that retain the hygiene sticker are unwashed, without stains, with the original labels, and in perfect condition will be accepted for the change. If these requirements are met, SONDERS MUR, S. L. reserves the right not to accept the return of the products. 
 
The customer must ensure the product is appropriately protected to avoid any damage during transport.

RETURN POLICY 

You can return within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. For that, you will have to deliver the garment. Just write us at mur@murswimwear.com, and we'll explain how to proceed. Once we have received the garment in our warehouse, we will review it and refund it through the same payment method by which you made the purchase, subtracting the original shipping cost if it was assumed by MUR.


PROMOTIONAL ITEMS accept an exchange but cannot be returned.


The return must include the original bag delivered with the garment and invoice. If these requirements are not met, SONDERS MUR, S. L. reserves the right not to accept the return of the products. The buyer will bear the shipping costs associated with the return.


Products to be returned must be returned in their original packaging and seals. Before returning the product for exchange, the customer must ensure it is adequately protected to avoid any damage during transport.

Rates for shipments within the European Union and other countries will be calculated at the end of purchase at the shopping cart
