The present document (hereinafter the "Conditions") constitutes a commercial agreement binding the User (hereinafter "Customer") and SONDERS MUR SL (hereinafter the store). The sale of articles on this website is carried out under the name MUR SWIMWEAR , by SONDERS MUR SL, B-01653047, a Spanish company with registered office at Calle San Enrique de Ossó 243, 28055 Madrid, registered in the commercial register of Madrid, Volume: 40656, Book:0, Folio:81, Section:8, Page:M721475 and regulated by the present general conditions that will be of obligatory fulfillment between the parts.

The present conditions that are detailed below will be of obligatory compliance and knowledge for both parties, and their acceptance will be necessary in order to formalize any order or purchase.  The customer must register as such and communicate in a true and correct way to SONDERS MUR SL the necessary data to be able to place the order. Name and surname, invoice address, delivery address, contact e-mail and telephone number.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

The descriptions, photographs and videos relating to the products offered are intended to provide as much information as possible. However, the customer must take into account that they are for guidance purposes only, not exhaustive.

The products that, at any given time, are published on the website may be purchased, provided that they are in stock. In case of lack of stock, SONDERS MUR SL reserves the right to offer the customer alternative products, of equal or superior quality without price increase, and in any case the customer may not accept them and cancel the purchase.

SONDERS MUR SL reserves the right to decide, at any time, which products are offered to customers through the web, being able to modify and update the catalog at any time and without prior notice.

PRICE

The price of each product will be indicated on each product and will be the one that appears on the website at the time of placing the order, this price will include VAT, but not shipping costs. The price is valid only and exclusively for orders placed through the website.

The total price of the order will be communicated to the customer at the time of placing the order and in advance of the acceptance of the order.

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that product prices are correct and up to date. If we discover an error in the price of the products that are part of your order, we will try to inform you in writing giving you the option to continue with the purchase of the products at the correct price or to cancel your order.

In the event of any discount, increase or additional charge, the customer will be informed in advance of the same and, where appropriate, will be offered the possibility to choose one of the various options offered.
